Growing up in a male-dominated home, and then choosing a male-dominated career, I have endured years of misogyny, verbal/physical abuse, shaming, manipulation, and abuse by proxy. I had to learn to save myself. Otherwise, I wasn’t going to be able to save anyone else. My coaching and mentoring focuses on self-preservation, empowerment, taking your life back, freedom, getting rid of excuses, and taking action in every area of your life. Without action, it is just a dream.
